Terms of Service

Effective 9 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Parth Hingu, an individual based in India who operates Postrova (postrova.app) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Postrova, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Postrova.

1. The service

Postrova lets you plan, schedule and publish posts to social media accounts you connect, and see how they perform. Postrova is currently invite-only. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email address up to date: we use it for security and important notices.

3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

When you connect a social media account, you authorize Postrova to access it and post to it as you direct. You must have the right to use every account you connect.

Each network has its own terms, which still apply to you and to what you publish there. In particular:

• YouTube. Postrova uses YouTube API Services. By using Postrova's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Facebook and Instagram. Your use is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use.
• Other networks (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram, WhatsApp) likewise have their own terms and community guidelines.

We don't control these platforms. They can change their features or rules, limit what apps like Postrova can do, or refuse or remove a post. We're not responsible for their actions, outages or decisions.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the networks you choose, only as needed to provide Postrova to you. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Postrova to:

• publish anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative, or anything that breaks a network's rules;
• send spam, run fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts, or artificially inflate engagement;
• access accounts you're not authorized to use, or collect other people's data;
• interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer Postrova, or get around its limits or security.

We may remove content from Postrova or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Price

Postrova is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you'll be charged only if you choose a paid plan.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how. You can delete your data at any time.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Postrova and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Postrova, its users or the networks at risk, and we may stop offering Postrova with reasonable notice. Sections 4 (your content, which stays yours), 9, 10 and 11 continue after your use ends.

9. No warranty

Postrova is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish at the exact time scheduled: networks can be slow, refuse posts or change their APIs. Check important posts on the network itself.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, followers or data, arising from your use of Postrova. Our total liability for any claim relating to Postrova is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Postrova after that means you accept the updated terms.
