Delete your whole Postrova account

1. Log in to Postrova.
2. Open the account menu (your initial, top right) → Settings & integrations.
3. At the bottom, under Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

This deletes, at once: your login, your workspace, every post and draft, uploaded photos and videos, connected accounts with their access tokens and statistics, settings and keys, and the activity log. Postrova also revokes its access to any connected YouTube channel with Google. Posts already published on social networks stay there: delete them on each network if you want them gone. Copies in our encrypted backups are deleted within 30 days.

Can't log in? Email support@postrova.app from your account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Delete only a connected account's data

In Postrova, go to Connections and press Disconnect on the account. Postrova deletes its access token, the posts and statistics it read from that account, and posts scheduled only to it. For YouTube, it also revokes its access with Google immediately.

From Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove Postrova from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Postrova, and remove it. Facebook then asks us to delete your data; we delete the Facebook and Instagram accounts you connected through Facebook, with their tokens and statistics, and Facebook gives you a confirmation code. Open the link Facebook shows you, or this page with your code, to see the status.

From Google (YouTube)

Remove Postrova at your Google account's third-party access settings. Postrova notices within a few hours that its access was removed and deletes the YouTube data it holds for that channel within 30 days. To have it deleted at once, disconnect the channel in Postrova instead.
